The oil-resistant synthetic Nitrile Rubber Sheet is made from a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. Its primary uses include fuel hoses, gaskets, rollers, and other products that require oil resistance. It has good oil resistance as well as mechanical qualities, including tensile strength, flexing, compression set, and gas impermeability. Nitrile Rubber Sheet is also resistant to abrasion and compression set. Petroleum oils, crude oil, water, gasoline, propane, and various hydraulic fluids are all resistant to nitrile rubber.

1. What is nitrile rubber used for?
Ans. Nitrile rubber (NBR), additionally known as nitrile-butadiene rubber, is an oil-resistant synthetic rubber made from a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene. Its major applications are in fuel hoses, gaskets, rollers, and other merchandise in which oil resistance is required.
2. What is a nitrile rubber sheet?
Ans. Nitrile rubber or acrylonitrile butadiene rubber is a co-polymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It has the right popular resistance to grease in conjunction with correct mechanical properties, particularly tensile strength, flexing, compression set and impermeability to gases. It has moderate aging properties and good adhesion to metallic.
3. Is nitrile higher than rubber?
Ans. Nitrile rubber is extra resistant than natural rubber to oils and acids, with superior electricity, however, does have much less flexibility. Nitrile gloves are therefore more puncture-resistant than herbal rubber gloves, especially if the latter are degraded through publicity to chemicals or ozone.
